Our hospital has partnered with various institutions and private insurance offices to ensure your health and comfort.

Our private insurance offices offer personalized services in a spacious and peaceful environment.

To provide you with higher quality service in a short time, please bring your private insurance card and ID with you. For contracted institutions, it is requested to have the same-day institution letter and institution ID.

Additionally, there may be exceptions in your insurance coverage for health services. Advantageous application options will be presented to you upon applying to our unit. For services not covered by payment or for insurances other than health insurance (individual retirement, life insurance), insurance discounts are applied.

Services Provided in Our Private Insurance Office;

• Our office staff will arrange your faculty member examination appointments at the earliest date and ensure that the diagnostic tests you need are completed on the same day.
• They are responsible for ensuring that the results are evaluated by our doctors as soon as possible or for delivering the results to you electronically.
• In cases requiring inpatient treatment or surgery, our special insurance unit follows up on the verbal or written insurance connections/approval processes for our patients with contracted institutions and private health insurance.
• Our staff facilitates the allocation of private rooms to ensure that the treatments our patients receive as inpatients are carried out in the best possible physical environment.
