In order to provide you with high-standard services, we obtain your personal data verbally, in writing, visually, or electronically from Call Centers, the internet, mobile applications, physical locations and similar channels, depending on the nature of the service provided.
In this context, the main general and special categories of personal data, including personal health data, which are necessary for the conduct of all medical diagnosis, examination, treatment and care services and obtained for this purpose, are listed below;
- Your name, surname, Turkish Republic Identity Number, if you are not a Turkish citizen your passport number or temporary Turkish Republic Identity Number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender information and other identification data, and a photocopy of your Turkish Republic Identity Card or Driver's License that you have submitted,

- Monitoring and preventing abuse and unauthorized transactions by Audit and Information Systems departments,

Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred within the framework of the Basic Law on Health Services No. 3359, the Decree Law No. 663 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and its Affiliated Institutions, the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Private Hospitals Regulation, the Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and the Protection of Privacy, and the regulations of the Ministry of Health and other legislation, and for the purposes explained above;

Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected and processed in any verbal, written, visual or electronic medium for the purposes stated above and to ensure that all activities within the scope of Başkent University Alanya Application and Research Center are carried out within the legal framework, and that Başkent University Alanya Application and Research Center fully and properly fulfills its contractual and legal obligations.
