* Which institutions' patients do you treat?
Our hospital provides services to patients whose health insurance is covered by Bağ-Kur, T.C. Emekli Sandığı, Yeşil-Kart (with referral), SSK, and Official Institutions (state employees subject to Law No. 657 and their dependents).
* What documents should we bring with us when we come to the polyclinic for an examination?
Bağ-Kur and Em-San (Retired) patients should bring their health cards and ID cards with their Turkish Republic Identity Number;
Yeşil Kart and Official Institution patients should bring their referral papers, health cards, and ID cards to their appointments.
Also, Bağ-Kur and Yeşil Kart patients should check whether the visa period on their health cards has expired (visa period (1 year) should be checked.
* Do you have agreements with private institutions and insurance companies?
We have agreements with many private institutions and insurance companies. (See Agreement Institutions)
* To whom should we report our suggestions and complaints at your hospital?
You can submit all your suggestions and complaints verbally or in writing to our Public Relations Unit. All suggestions and complaints are evaluated by the Hospital Management. You can also click on the Complaints and Suggestions section of our website.

All kinds of diagnostic and treatment services are provided in our units using today's advanced technology. (See Our Medical Units)
* What should a person who wants to be examined at your hospital do?
Since our hospital's outpatient clinics operate on an appointment system, the patient must first make an appointment with the relevant outpatient clinic. Patients with appointments must arrive at the hospital before their appointment time and register (file) with the outpatient clinic secretary.
* Is it necessary to make another appointment to show the results of the tests requested by the doctor or to come for a follow-up?
Our practice in this regard varies depending on the workload of our outpatient clinics. Therefore, if your doctor has requested tests or called you for a follow-up, please ask the outpatient clinic secretary whether you need to make an appointment to show your results or come for a follow-up after your examination.
* I have been followed by a private doctor from outside since the beginning of my illness. Can my own doctor perform the surgery I need for my ailment at your hospital?
Only doctors affiliated with our university can perform surgeries at our hospital. Since we are not a hospital that works with private doctors, it is not possible for your surgery to be performed at our hospital under these conditions.
* Why do we have to complete the necessary procedures at the Polyclinic Secretariat before each procedure?
Every patient who applies to our institution is tracked electronically, and all the tests they undergo are kept in our records. In order to ensure that the files of our patients are complete and that the accruals to be made to institutions are accurate, our patients must complete the necessary procedures at our Patient Admission Unit before each procedure.
* Do your doctors working at the hospital have private practices outside?
Our doctors working at the hospital do not have private practices outside.
* What surgeries can be performed at your hospital?
Our hospital's fully equipped operating rooms allow for the performance of all types of surgeries, including open heart surgeries, gallbladder surgeries (open and closed), and all surgical operations.

Antalya Baskent University Alanya Application and Research Center opened on July 10, 2000.
* Is your institution a private or public institution?
Antalya Baskent University Alanya Application and Research Center is a foundation university hospital with public legal personality, affiliated with the Rectorate of Başkent University.
* What is the procedure for admission and discharge at your hospital?
The Patient Admissions Department, located on the ground floor of our hospital's main building, handles patient admission, registration, and discharge procedures. You can obtain information about all procedures and prices from this department's counter. After going to your floor accompanied by staff from the Patient Admissions Department, the nurse who will attend to you will provide information about your room and all the equipment you will use. The doctor in charge of the floor where you are receiving service will visit you in your room to conduct your initial examination and provide information about the procedures to be performed. Depending on your treatment, some tests will be started after the examination. It is a facility. An advance payment is taken from our patients during their hospitalization for treatment and surgery expenses.Our patient rooms are for 1, 2 or 6 people.The rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, television and cable TV.The patient beds in our rooms are remote controlled.The head, lumbar and foot sections of the beds can be adjusted by the patient via the remote control. p >
CAFETERIA – DINING HALL
You can rest, eat and meet some of your shopping needs in our 200-person capacity cafeteria.
Milk and dairy products of AÇKAR Dairy Products Agriculture Livestock Industry and Trade Inc., a Başkent Group Company, can be purchased from our cafeteria. The sale of this product group is open to our staff and external customers.
PRAYER ROOM
There is a prayer room in our hospital that you and your companions can use.
INTERPRETATION SERVICE
We have interpretation services for our foreign patients who apply to our hospital.

VISITING HOURS
Visiting hours in our hospital are between 13:00-14:30 and 18:30-20:00. We kindly request that our patients and their relatives adhere to this rule during treatment.
It is important for our patients' health that no more than two visitors are allowed in the patient rooms at the same time and that no one sits on the patient beds.
Bringing food and drinks during patient visits is also prohibited for the health of our patients.
Children accompanying visitors are not allowed to participate in patient visits. This practice is to avoid risking the children's psychology and health.
