The rules to be followed by the visitors of our patients receiving inpatient treatment at Başkent University Alanya Application and Research Centre have been determined.

Inpatient Service Visitor Reception :

  • Visiting hours for patients in the ward are between 13.00-14.00 during the day and between 18.30-20.00 in the evening.
  • In order to prevent adverse effects on the health of our patients hospitalised in the wards, patient visits are not allowed outside visiting hours.
  • In order to keep the nutrition of our patients under control, to prevent allergic reactions and to ensure hygiene in patient rooms, it is forbidden to take food to the floors.
  • Live flowers are not allowed in patient rooms.
  • For the health of our patients, a maximum of 2 people are allowed to visit the patient at the same time.
  • Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to visit patients except in special cases.
  • Visitation of paediatric patients by siblings and friends is only possible if authorised by the patient's doctor.
  • Pediatric patients can visit their first-degree relatives with the approval of the patient's doctor and the infectious diseases specialist.
  • In departments with special patient groups (intensive care, isolated patient rooms), it is carried out with the approval of the patient's doctor and the approval of the infectious diseases specialist.
  • Intensive Care Visitor Reception

    In order to protect patients from infection in intensive care units, only 1 person from the patient's relatives is allowed to visit the patient for a limited period of time during the day, with 1st degree relatives being prioritised.
