Before arrival, patients can share their medical reports and documents for preliminary evaluation by our specialist physicians. Based on this assessment, an appropriate treatment plan is prepared and shared with the patient.
Our international patient coordinators manage appointment scheduling, treatment planning, and all hospital-related arrangements. This ensures that patients receive continuous support throughout their medical journey.
Interpreter services are provided for international patients to facilitate clear communication between patients and healthcare professionals. Our team offers language support, especially in English, to ensure a comfortable and transparent treatment process.
We also assist patients with travel-related arrangements such as airport transfers, accommodation guidance, and local transportation. These services allow patients to focus on their treatment while enjoying a comfortable stay.
After the treatment is completed, our team continues to monitor patients’ health status and provide follow-up guidance when necessary. Remote consultation support may also be offered when required.
