The Medical Oncology Department specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of solid organ and hematologic cancers. Breast, lung, colon, prostate, stomach, pancreatic cancers, as well as leukemia and lymphoma, are managed comprehensively in our department.

Patients are evaluated with detailed clinical assessment and advanced laboratory tests. Imaging, biopsy, and genetic testing determine the type, stage, and biological characteristics of the cancer, allowing personalized treatment plans to be developed.

Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, and targeted therapies are applied according to modern protocols. The treatment process is planned with a multidisciplinary approach, prioritizing patient safety and quality of life.

Patients’ responses to treatment are regularly monitored, and treatment plans are updated as needed. Side effect management, symptom control, and supportive care ensure patient comfort throughout therapy.

The department works in coordination with radiology, surgical oncology, pathology, radiation oncology, and nursing teams to provide comprehensive cancer care. This collaborative approach is essential for early diagnosis and effective treatment.

Family counseling, psychological support, and dietary guidance address both the physical and emotional needs of patients. Patients are informed throughout the process and actively involved in their care.

Our mission is to manage cancer treatment safely, effectively, and patient-centered, protect quality of life, and provide scientific and compassionate care. The Medical Oncology Department aims to offer the most up-to-date and comprehensive treatment options to all patients.
