Important Information
According to the protocol signed between our institution and the Social Security Institution (SGK); patients covered by Bağ-kur, the Pension Fund, SSK, veterans, those under 18 (if they do not have health insurance), nursing homes, and child protection institutions must obtain pre-authorization from SGK online during the admission process.
For Bağ-kur (active employees and their dependents) and Yeşil Kart holders, the visa validity period is one year, and it is important to ensure that the visa has not expired at the time of application.
If any additional fees arise for the services to be provided, these additional fees will be collected.
Patients covered by private insurance/institutions are admitted after receiving referral approval (provision) from their affiliated institution or insurance company.
Patients who are required to apply with a referral slip (those holding a Yeşil Kart) must have referrals that comply with the Referral Chain.
Admission Procedures
If a patient has been admitted to the outpatient clinic, they should go to the "Patient Admission Unit" with the Patient Admission Form they received.
During the admission process for patients covered by the institution, their national identity card and, if applicable, their health insurance card are required. For patients with Yeşil Kart, a referral document is also required. For private (paying) patients, only an identity card is sufficient.
The patient or a first-degree relative is required to sign a document stating that they are admitted to the hospital voluntarily.
During the admission process, patients are informed about the fees and a consent form and a promissory note (or a guarantor's note for paying patients) are obtained. An advance payment may be requested during these procedures depending on the nature of the treatment.
All of our hospital rooms are first-class, and our single rooms are charged as private rooms.
For patients covered by private insurance/institutions, hospitalization procedures are carried out after receiving referral approval (provision) from their affiliated institution or insurance company.
Discharge Procedures
The discharge process for inpatients begins when the treating physician signs the discharge papers.
After the ward secretaries register the procedures, they send the patient's relevant documents to the Patient Admissions Department, and the patient's discharge process is initiated by the Patient Admissions officer.
For Yeşil Kart holders receiving inpatient treatment, referral forms are closed upon discharge. Therefore, a new referral form is required when coming for follow-up appointments.
