- The patient must comply with the rules of the healthcare institution and the established referral chain (Yeşil Kart).
Informing Healthcare Professionals
The patient must provide complete and accurate information about their previous illnesses, any medications they are currently using, and all information related to their health.
Compliance with Treatment Recommendations
- The patient should carefully listen to the advice regarding their treatment and medications and ask questions about anything they do not understand.
- They are obliged to comply with the recommended treatment and apply it as described; if they do not comply, they must report it.
- The patient is responsible for any problems arising from their refusal to accept the treatment or their failure to comply with the recommendations.
Compliance with Hospital Rules
- The patient must comply with the rules and practices of the healthcare institution they are applying to.
- The patient must cooperate with the physician and other healthcare personnel at every stage of the diagnosis and treatment process.
- The patient must adhere to their scheduled appointment date and time and report any changes to the relevant authorities.
- They must respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients, and visitors.
- They will compensate for any damage they cause to hospital property.
