EXAMINATION / PROCEDURE :

Our hospital's appointment scheduling unit is open from 08:00 to 00:00. Patients can make appointments by calling 0242 510 25 25.

Our hospital operates on an appointment system. Patients must make an appointment in person at the relevant clinic, by phone, or by submitting an online appointment request. They must also arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time and register with the clinic reception.

Appointments for outpatient clinics can be made in person or by phone through our appointment department.

Please bring the following documents with you when you come to the polyclinic:

  • Patients registered with the Social Security Institution (SGK): Health insurance cards and/or National Identity Cards.
  • Patients with Official Institutions: Health insurance cards and/or National Identity Cards
  • Yeşil Kart Holders: Health Card, National Identity Card, and Referral Slip
  • Patients under 18 years of age (if they do not have health insurance) must present their national identity cards.
  • Patients covered by private insurance / institutions: Referral forms / insurance identification cards and national identity cards.
  • Patients paying for services: Identity cards
  • Once your registration is complete, the clinic secretary will inform your doctor and arrange for an appointment with them.

SHOWING RESULTS OR BEING CONTROLLED :

Because the patient volume varies among our outpatient clinics, we do not have a standard procedure for patients coming to show their results or for check-ups. Therefore, please inquire with the relevant outpatient clinic receptionist before leaving the hospital whether you need to make an appointment to show your test results or for a check-up.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    • According to the protocol signed between our institution and the Social Security Institution (SGK); patients covered by Bağ-kur, the Pension Fund, SSK, veterans, those under 18 (if they do not have health insurance), nursing homes, and child protection institutions must obtain pre-authorization from SGK online during the admission process.
    • For Bağ-kur (active employees and their dependents) and Yeşil Kart holders, the visa validity period is one year, and it is important to ensure that the visa has not expired at the time of application.
    • The patient is responsible for any problems arising from their refusal of treatment and failure to follow recommendations.
  • Patients covered by private insurance/institutions are admitted after receiving referral approval (provision) from their affiliated institution or insurance company. During this process, any co-payment is collected, and the patient is directed to the relevant polyclinic.
  • Patients who are required to apply with a referral slip (those holding a Yeşil Kart) must have referrals that comply with the Referral Chain.
  • Our institution charges a difference fee based on your doctor's academic title and current regulations. Information regarding these difference fees will be provided by our patient advisors prior to the procedure. For all matters related to patient rights, you can contact our Hospital's Public Relations and Patient Rights Unit. (See patient feedback/suggestions)
  • You have the right to choose your doctor at our institution.
